General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the mcw one platform and all services operated under it. By accessing the mcw one website, creating an account, or using any service, you are automatically considered to have agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. However, in the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final. If any section is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining sections shall continue to apply independently.

To use mcw one's services, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account with mcw one, users must provide an active mobile number, a valid email address and accurate personal information. OTP verification is mandatory at the time of registration. Each person may hold only one account — if multiple accounts are found for the same person, all of them may be cancelled.

3.2 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their username and password confidential. If unauthorised access to the account is suspected, the mcw one support team must be informed immediately. Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For withdrawals above a certain amount, or whenever mcw one deems it necessary, users may be required to submit a national ID card, passport or other government-issued documents. Failure to provide verification documents in time may cause transactions to be delayed.

3.4 Closing an Account

Users may request to close their account at any time through the support team. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed; however, bonuses whose conditions have not been met may be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

mcw one currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Bank transfers can be made through Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and other listed banks.

Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes. If there is a delay for any reason, the support team should be contacted with the reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Process and Timeframe

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The withdrawal process generally takes 5–30 minutes to complete. Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

4.3 Fraud Prevention

Users may only use payment methods registered in their own name. Attempts to deposit or withdraw via third parties may result in the relevant transaction being cancelled and the account being placed under investigation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a balance of ৳2,000; before this bonus can be withdrawn, bets totalling ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be placed.

5.2 Other Promotions

mcw one's active promotions are as follows:

• Weekly mcw one Reload Reward: 30% of deposit, up to ৳6,000; wagering 22x; minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once per week and applies to regular members only.
• mcw one Cricket Festival Bonus: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳500. Usable once per qualifying deposit for bets placed in the cricket section.
• mcw one Friday Special Offer: 40% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 25x; minimum deposit ৳500. Can be claimed once every Friday.
• mcw one Birthday Gift: Up to ৳1,500; wagering 15x. Verified members can claim it once a year during their birthday month.
• Refer a Friend with mcw one: Up to ৳2,000; wagering 18x. The reward can be claimed once for each successfully registered and active friend.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

If the wagering requirement for a bonus has not been met, any winnings earned from that bonus cannot be withdrawn. If the account is closed while a bonus is active, the active bonus will be forfeited. mcw one reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets take effect from the time they are placed and are considered final once confirmed by mcw one. mcw one reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Results and Payments

The official result of the relevant sport is used to determine the outcome of bets. If a match or event is incomplete, mcw one will make a decision in accordance with standard rules. For bets on international tournaments such as BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup, the official results of the ICC and BCB apply.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using two or more accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using automated software, bots or AI tools to place bets.
• Placing unusually large bets by exploiting technical errors.
• Accessing another person's account or placing bets on someone else's behalf.
• Attempting any form of manipulation or fraud.

6.4 Slots and Casino Games

All outcomes in slot games and live casino tables are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) or a live dealer. mcw one does not control game outcomes. Game fairness is ensured through independent audit testing.

Account Suspension and Cancellation

7.1 Grounds for Suspension

In the following circumstances, mcw one may temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice:

• If any provision of these Terms is violated.
• If false or incomplete information is provided.
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected.
• If evidence of a breach of the age requirement (21+) is found.
• If documents requested for KYC verification are not provided within the specified time.

7.2 Balance of a Suspended Account

If an investigation confirms that the account holder did not breach the Terms, any legitimate balance will be returned. In cases of a breach, mcw one reserves the right to retain the balance in accordance with applicable legal provisions.
